The Highest Flag Pole in Palo Alto - The Story of Ricky Bobby
Emergency Services is about being there for another person that needs help. It is a way of life that places the health and life of others before ourselves.
Ricky Bobby died on May 13, 2023, riding his motorcycle on Skyline Boulevard in Palo Alto, California. His death went unnoticed by most people who live in Palo Alto but not by myself.
I was working late night and got home around 3 a.m. - I woke to what sounded like a set of wood palettes dropping. I knew it was a road accident. I walked outside and across the street. Ricky Bobby was on the ground behind the tree. I performed CPR with a motorcyclist but we were unsuccessful.
With proper road management and improved mobile communications in this area of Palo Alto, we can save lives.
